What areas do you serve?

We’re based in the Parkersburg, WV area and serve surrounding towns including Vienna, Belpre, Mineral Wells, and nearby communities. If you’re unsure whether you're in our service area, feel free to reach out!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! As long as we have access to the space, we can clean while you're away. Many of our clients leave a key, code, or instructions in advance.

What’s the difference between a standard and a deep clean?

A standard clean covers general surfaces — great for regular maintenance or freshening up. A deep clean includes more detailed work like baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and extra scrubbing in kitchens and bathrooms. You can view our full comparison chart on our Services page.

Can I request nontoxic or eco-friendly products?

Yes! We offer a nontoxic cleaning option using plant-based, eco-conscious products for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking and we’ll customize your clean.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, card, Venmo, and invoice-based payments (great for property managers or repeat clients). Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — we come fully equipped with all tools and cleaning products. If you’d prefer we use your own supplies or have special requests, just let us know ahead of time.
